Net 30 Days. Merchandise will be shipped on open account upon credit approval. Accounts
over 30 days are subject to 1½% per month (18% APR) late charge.
Unless otherwise specified, are valid for 60 days.
Intuitive Design Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change or modify the design
of any product manufactured by IDS and to substitute materials equal to or superior
to that originally specified.
The manufacturers of our metal apparel carts offer a limited material and workmanship
warranty for carts used under normal conditions for a period of one year.
If you believe you have a warranty related issue, please contact us immediately and
be prepared to send or e-mail photographs to help us document and report the issue
to the manufacturer. Please refer to each item’s product page for specific warranty
All Intuitive Design Solutions, LLC (IDS) carts are warranted to function properly
for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. IDS reserves the right to
repair or replace any defective equipment due to poor workmanship. This warranty
excludes circumstances beyond our control, i.e. product abuse, failure to maintain
as instructed, improper weight distribution, improper assembly or acts of God such
as flood, fire, earthquake, etc. All warranties exclude wheels and casters which
are subject to warranties issued by the manufacturer.
Shipments are made FOB shipping point. The buyer is responsible for inspecting all
deliveries for damages and declaring any damages on the delivery receipt while the
delivery carrier is still present. If after receipt of shipment any concealed damage
is discovered, it is the buyers responsibility to notify the delivering carrier,
request an inspection and to file a claim with the delivering carrier. If you detect
damage to any items at the time of delivery that you are not willing to accept or
repair yourself, we recommend that you note the damage and clearly mark the number
of items received on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, and refuse delivery
of the damaged items. This puts you in a better position to fully recover the cost
of replacing the damaged items. Please take the time to ensure items are received
in a business like manner. IDS can assist in helping to file a freight claim, but
it is the buyers responsibility to file claims with the delivery carrier and to pay
for any replacement items that need to be re-ordered because of freight damage.
All returns must be authorized. Do not send any items back until you have called
and have authorization and instructions of where and how the item should be returned.
Return shipments must be pre-paid by the customer and made within 30 days of the
original shipment. IDS does not give credit for shipping charges. Returned items
may be subject to a 15% return charge based on the item, condition and reason for
the return. Custom designed products are non-refundable.
Your privacy is important to us at Intuitive Design Solutions (IDS). All information
you provide is used only by Intuitive Design Solutions and its agents to provide
the products and services explained in this solicitation. IDS will not sell, trade,
lease or rent any customer information to any outside third party.
